At Gardena Retirement Center, our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality service. This includes providing you
with the option of paying your statement online.
Through this secure payment portal, you can submit your credit card payment at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before using
the service, please have on hand your Gardena Retirement Center billing statement, including your medical record number, and your Visa,
MasterCard, or American Express credit card number, expiration date, and CVN (security) code. On your billing statement your medical
record number is located on the right hand side of the patient name.
If you have any questions, your Gardena Retirement Center Business Office Representative can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 am
to 5 pm, Pacific Time, at 310-327-4091. We are pleased to accept partial payment; however, we advise you to first contact the Business
Office at Gardena Retirement Center so that we may set up payment arrangements in the patient accounting computer system.

- All payment and account information obtained through our website is encrypted or encoded; this secures the information you send so that it can only be read by the intended recipients.
